Over the past few years I've been challenging myself to branch out with my cooking. I almost never follow a recipe exactly, and quite often I just make things up on the spot. It's been a wonderful adventure for me, and I wanted to share with you some of my favorite creations.
Because I follow a gluten-free diet, I've tried to include my gluten-free conversions for all of my recipes. However, many of these recipes can also be made with conventional wheat ingredients.
